Introductory Phone Call
We’ll start with a phone conversation to get to know you better. This is where we gather essential information, talk through your current support needs, and understand how you'd like to be supported. It helps us begin tailoring support that’s just right for you.

First Meeting
Following the phone call, we’ll arrange a face-to-face or virtual meeting to review and sign the service agreement. This meeting is a great chance to explain our processes, answer your questions, and set clear expectations. Together, we’ll also start developing your goals and begin planning how your supports will work best for you.

Starting Your Supports
Once everything is in place, we’ll begin supporting you in working towards your goals. We’ll guide you through every step—helping you understand and make the most of your NDIS plan. Our approach is always collaborative, with your needs and preferences at the centre.
